Cakes

By perusing the cakes titles, it’s obvious I enjoy cooking with specialty alcohols! They add moisture and unique flavors to a traditional pound or dark chocolate cake and enhance the glazes the cakes are soaked in too. I have even included Wyoming Whiskey in my chocolate cake and it takes it to a whole new level! These cakes are fun to eat as a dessert with an accompanying cordial or for breakfast with coffee and a splash!
